Hi guys im wondering if anyone has tried the colon cleansing capsules from H&B im thinking about trying them as im suffering with really bad constipation atm. Unless there is something else u can suggest?
My main problem with psyillium husks is that I don't have the packets I only have bars and tetras now as i work 2 jobs and its alot easier. So tablet form are alot better for me. Hvae any of you tried or are you using any kind of fibre supplement xxx:confused:

Have you tried the Fibre stuff from your CDC ? personally I would be wary of taking anything extra to the diet ... just in case..

Heya, yeh its something u have to mix with packs though and I don't use the packs unfortuantley. I guess if they have no cals or fat in them they might be ok i'll to talk to my local herbalist and see what they say xxx

I think you can add the CD fibre stuff to water if you don't have the packs. It doesn't taste of anything and dissolves easily enough and i'm pretty sure my CDC told me that she puts a tsp of fibre supplement in her 1 litre water bottle every day.

Haven't tried it myself though...

If it works on the same principle of FibreSure and all those other products then you should be able to dissolve it in your water without it affecting the taste or smell..

Hope that helps
