What happened this week? :( someone tell me

    Hey all.

    I am on 32pp a week. I used these and 6 of my weeklies for some wheaten bread and butter on monday.

    It was my weigh in today and I've gained 2lb, Im gutted! Whats happened?

    It isn't my Totm so I can't blame it on that, im in bed sulking and not beleiving in propoints lol.

    I have weetabix and skimmed milk in the mornings, ryvita, philidelphia or houmous for lunch and usually prawns, rice, veg etc for dinner. Grapes, pineapples and snack a jacks are the usual snacks and the occasional digestive!!

    luv, don't get discouraged. Our bodies are strange creatures, the more we try to understand them the less we do. Even if it's not TOTM you could be bloated or have some water retention. Have you been to the toilet in the last 24 hours? Have you eaten salty food in the last 24 hours? Did you eat something before weigh-in or did you drink anything before weigh.in? Did you have your last meal later than usual, so that it was closer to your weigh-in than normal? Have you drank 2 litres of water every day, and especially yesterday? Sometimes it does happen to me that from a day to another I see massive changes in my weight, and it's almost always due to these reasons, either I ate later than usual the nigth before, or had more salty stuff or more stuff, or I hadn't been to the toilet or so on. To put on 2 lbs you should have had like 7000 extra calories a week, which is impossible from what you wrote as your typical menu! So don't worry and you'll see the weight will shift!

    I get weighed at 11am so I don't eat breakfast before my weigh in, naughty i know. Yeah been drinking water, especially if a i have a diet coke i make sure to drink water after it. Im just annoyed, hopefully i'll lose the 2lb next week. Thanks for your support Xx

    Write it THEN bite it. I would track as if your life depended on it. Make sure you are weighing foods and not guessing especially things like milk, philly and humous. If a bit of cheese falls off when you are grating it make sure that bit doesn't go in your mouth. Try having as much variety as possible so your body doesn't get used to one type of fuel. Good luck x

    i weigh EVERYTHING! cereal, rice, pasta. i use the individual tubs of philly and humous so i no exactly how much im eating. Don't get how i can follow the programme much better, i know the times i eat at are erratic but there is nothing i can do about that due to shift work but surely that wouldnt have to much of an impact?x

    Just keep going. Don't get discouraged as everyone has the odd bad weigh in. I'm sure that if you have been eating the correct anount of points, then you will have a loss this week.
