What is French Toast?

Hi all,
What is French Toast and how do you make it?
Also is it free on EE?
I'm new and don't really know what it is

Its bread dipped in egg and fried. Absolutely gorgeous

Oh my goodness, I love french toast, why haven't i ever thought of making it before while on slimming world? Thanks for giving me an extra idea for breakfast. x
