Ummmmm..... I know Im forgettin some different things! LOL Oh well!
 
WW soups
Salad
Thinly sliced chicken (5cals a slice) or turkey breast (4 cals a slice)
Crispbreads/bakes
Crackerbreads
Green tea
Diet coke
Cereal bars
and of course French Fries ;)
 
I will be looking through the low cal treats thread to get some ideas

but to start with
salad leaves
quorn products
orange mango and cinnamon tea
some low cal cuppa soups
 
Or mini milks 30 cals ;)
 
Or even better, ice poles at 16cals! Woo-hoo! My kids have these and only realised the other day how little cals they had, although haven't had one yet, been too cold on dds lol! Now they're almost gone, will have to get some more.
 
just been to morrisons with friend
and found 10 cal cuppa soups have no idea what they are like but I bought some :)
 
Wow, let us know what they taste like, don't go to Morrisons very often.

I was going to suggest that next week I see what the available flavours are and send some to anyone that wants to try them but cant get them

Sugar-Free bread and butter pickles
Pkgs of 35 calorie per cup dry Miso soup
Total 0% Plain Fage Yogurt
individual pkgs of reduced fat cheese
yellow onion (cooking ingredient)
green pepper (cooking ingredient)
baby carrots
lean turkey and ham lunchmeat
 
Just had to google Egg Beaters as had no idea what that was! We don't get that here in the UK, or at least I don't think we do, never seen or heard of it before. Sounds really good, although I'm not an egg fan myself lol, but would be great to use in recipes!
 
I like Egg beaters... with some salsa! Yummm! :)
