what to make with these ingredients?

I would be tempted to make something like a sweet chilly fruity sauce with the philli as a base....sounds quite nice. Or stuff the philli inside the chicken with some garlic like a kiev and have the mango after. xx

Funny i was going to ask that - though not the mangoes. I might try the philly inside the chicken too - sounds good

Thanks all. I stuffed the chicken breast with Philly, chopped the mango and put that ontop of the Philly and over the chicken, added some chilli flakes and pepper and cooked it in the oven for half an hour. Served with homemade roasted veg and sweet potato wedges. It was lush!!

Ohhhhhhhhhh I was going to suggest you puree the mangos with ginger & soy sauce, then marinate the quorn for a few hours then bake in the oven, delish. I had this last night with rice & peppers

Don't forget that technically if you puree or cook fruit you need to syn it although I know it doesn't affect everyone's losses that is the rule. Sounds yum anyway x
