Hiya does any one know how many slices of bread you can have as an healthy extra b

Depends on how big the loaf is, your best bet is to weigh it, your allowed 60g's as a HEB, otherwise to be sure your better off getting a 400g loaf and having 2 slices... but there are some brands where the bigger loaf works out at 2 slices for 60g or just over
