I know its irrational of me but I've dropped much bigger numbers before on induction! Might be because I have odd eating patterns this time around having a baby to run around after!

Hey! Tell me about its been a manic year for me, bit of a whirlwind. How have you been?

Finishing induction on Tuesday and then moving to exante to get a few stone off then back to atkins as a WOL to maintain hoping for a good loss this week to catapult me closer to the 16s
