Well done on your weight loss - fabulous!
Re the arthritis - both my parents wear magnetic bracelets. My Dad has a finger which "locks" with arthritis and it has stopped since he's been wearing it. I'm a little sceptical - but even if some of it is psychological he seems happier.
I was also reading an article about a new supplement called Lubramine apparently it has been proven in trials to be 6 times more effective than glucosamine. Superdrug sell it for about a tenner. I'm going to get some for my parents. There is a website www.lubramine.com The clinical trials look promising.
