Woo Whoo I'm In the elevens!

    I've finally made it into the elevens!:happy036:

    I started a week ago Monday at 12st 9lbs (on my scales at home in the morning) and this morning I am 11st 13lbs, the trousers I wore only a week ago are that big I can pull them down with undoing them!:bliss:

    CD gave me the kick start I needed by losing 8lbs in 6 days, On Sunday I changed to a high protein low carb diet and have still managed to lose a further 3lbs, despite worrying that when I came off CD I would pile it on overnight.

    It just goes to show the pain is worth it!

    I am in the elevens too - just made it yesterday and wanted to be sure I was still there today before I posted:) Now I am chasing that 10!
