wood booring beetles

Hi have just received the survey on my soon to be new home and it says evidence of a wood booring beetle infestation WTF .

I figure it cant be serious because they are not holding back any money from the mortgage .
Worried nevertheless!
Anybody have any experience of this any help greatfully appreciated. xxxx

Had a read now i know what they look like i dont wanna move !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been in touch with fumigators but i dont know wether i am being a little OTT i suppose its better to get it sorted !
