when i went shoppin last i picked up campbells low fat chicken condensed soup...

the tin has the followin info:

    as sold 100g is 51cal
    as consumed 100g is 25cal
but says there is 2 servings of 78cal per serving

so if im right 1/2 the tin shud be 6.5 syns?

ide just like some clarification im working this out correctly as im doing sw from home.

    thanks!

For future reference, all tinned soups can be worked out using 1 syn for every 20.cals :) this formula also works for crisps, snacks, chocolates, desserts, sweets, and ready made sauces. As none of these things qualify for a free food allowance x HTH

If half the tin is 78 cals, then that's 4 syns - not sure where you got 6.5 from??
