Thanks for popping in. I havent done ww in forever and I just want to make sure I have pointed todays ok?

Im allowed 21 points a day.

Breakfast

Brivita Breakfast biscuits (4 in a pack)
kcal is 56
sat fat - 0.5
times 4
= 4 points??

total bfast - 4 points

Lunch
Healthy Living tortila wrap
kcal 135
sat fat- 0.5
= 2 points?

half tablepoon of helmans light mayo
and lettus
= 1 point?

5 small piecesof chicken
= 1 point??

2 small manderine oranges
= 1 point?

muller light toffee yogurt
= 1 point

total lunch -= 6 points?

dinner

branston beans full tin - 6 points
half tin- kcal201 satfat-0.1 x 2

2 slices of bread - 3 points
1 tea spoon of flora light 1 point

dinner - 10 points?

total - 20 points???

am i far out??thanks 4 help in advance!

Hey.

Just checked all your points and I think you're all good apart from I'm sure muller lights are 1.5 and you can have 2 clementines for 0.5 so that means you've still totalled 20 :)

Haha thanks misses would u check for me im just going by some things i wrote down in the past the yogurt is 88 calories and 0.1 sat fat :) xx
