i have them just because i dont want anyone to pass out when im talking to them :8855:however they are high in carbs 98g per 100g so i only use them now and again but i always keep a breath spray on me for emergencies

Its entirely your call, theyre not allowed as part of the plan, no, whether you want to have them is up to you but the carbs etc could be enough to kick you out ketosis
