WW Chocolate biscuit and wafer

I have just been to Sainsburys and bought a pack of the Weight watchers Chocolate Biscuit's and wafers with chocloate.

Does anyone know the syn value per yummy bar?

If its the chocolate and caramel waffers they are 4.5 syns x
