In my first week I lost 3 pound and 1 quarter woohoooo, not drinking enough water so my motto for the next 7 days is more water.

Its a pretty good diet, I keep falling into eating the same thing though as Im kinda stuck what to make etc, but its cool I can deal with that, when I get bored Ill check the recipe sections.

Cant believe I lost weight, I eaten so much I thought I would be 10 stone heavier lol.

Well done! I always change my menu from week to week. I had a curry and chinese week last week and this week I am having a comfort food week. Shout if you want any recipes to give you some ideas!
