Sorry I've searched for an answer on my phone but struggling!

Can someone tell me the syn value of a rice cake covered in yogurt. I think the brand I have is metcalfe's. There are 6 big rice cake in a pack - at only a £1 from the wonderful poundshop ha ha

    Cheers guys

aldi do these and if they're the same size, i count as 4 syns. I go by the calorie content :) quite high when you consider how un-filling they are :(
but delicious all the same x

Yes there wouldn't be a free food allowance (I think putting rice would be a stretch -although feel free to correct me) so 1syn:20kcal
