Back again!!
Hi all
I'm Sarah (as my username would suggest!) and am considering trying the 5:2 diet. I've tried pretty much every diet going apart from a fasting one, so far.
I had my baby boy, Cole, on NYE 2013 and initially set myself a target of being at goal (4.5 stone away) by his first birthday. Didn't go to plan, although I did lose all my 30lbs of pregnancy weight within 4 weeks. I'm still at the weight I was when I found out I was pregnant and I'm not happy there. We've decided to try for another baby from Cole's 2nd birthday (NYE 2015) so I've got just over a year to lose the 4.5 stone. It took us a few years to get pregnant with Cole as I have PCOS so hopefully if I can get to a healthy BMI it may not be so hard next time as my BMI was 35 last time.
Any hints, advice, tips etc would be gratefully received! Xx
