    Hello everyone im a newbie here, but im looking forward to getting to know you all and getting some support and advice along my jouney. I'm so excited to start raking more control of my life!!!


    I'm 23 yrs old and desperately want my body to match the person that i feel.
    Last year i started losing weight and went from 11st 5lbs which was the heaviest i have ever been. I had never been overweight before and I felt disgusted in myself to let this happen. I am now 129lbs 9st3 so i am so proud of myself so far. !!!
    My worry is that i am getting complacent my target weight is 119lbs 8st7lbs and i dont seem to be losing anymore due to the fact i over eat in the evenings. So my theory is if i keep a weight loss journal for anyone and everyone to see then i have some accountabilty for what i am consuming.
    I dont expect any replies but i shall be recording my feelings, activities and eating each day hopefully.
    I am also using my fitness pass to help me calorie count.

    Right so plan for today
    B. fried eggs no oil
    S. 500ml squash
    L. Sultana bran, hot chocolate
    S. 500ml squash
    D. Chicken in basil and tomato sauce with sweet potato and beans
    S. 500ml squash. Hot chocolate

    Must try my best not to eat after 7osh because that is where i seem to always let myself down and scoff biccys :s. im going to try and post on here before i do so that hopefully i talk myself out of it.

    Keeping a diary is a great idea, i definitely find its helping me. My start weight is 11st & I'm hoping to get down to about 9st. What diet do u follow?

    I have tried loads of diets but so far calorie counting has been the only way i feel like i really know exactly how much i can eat to lose weight. My fitness pal is fantastic for this!! Nothing is off limits i just fit it into my calorie allowance. I have been too kind to myself lately which is why i havent lost but now i am back on track and hopefully wont be long until i am at my goal.

    So i've had my dinner and i had a snack this afternoon which i wasnt planning on but im still ok calorie wise. I've had my 1.5l of water. Just have to not pick at things now i have a hot chocolate left which i plan on enjoying whilst im watching the biggest loser tonight

    Just done 40mins on my new exercise bike 400 cals burnt legs feel like jelly lol. Im gonna ache tomorrow!!!

    I made real effort and got up earlier than usually 6.30 and burned 150cals up for the day really pleased i think it will make me want to make wiser food choices so that effort was not all for nothing. Am going to burn a few more later

    I put mine infront of the tv i only bought it a few days ago for 30 pounds a really expensive one measures heart rate distance cals. Def worth getting i got mine on ebay just trying to do at least 200cals a day. Takes me about 20 mins. I got a horrible cramp type pain in the front of my thigh hope i havent pulled anything i have to rest it

    I havent been that great today not terribly bad but will do better tomorrow!!!!
