Ok..... Let's do it!
It's my bday on Friday and I'm having steak and salad as a treat. Ketosis friendly food of course. I'm not really a drinker so not fussed about alcohol and really not fussed about cake! But that's my only treat this month!
I just want to get into the 12s although that will be soon as I'm on target for a 2lb loss this week taking be to 13st 3lbs.
It pisses me off that on SW.... Where you can actually EAT, you can lose 2lbs a week on that.
Lily that's just what I needed to hear thankyou. It is so so easy to focus on the lil losses and they seem to stick with us more than a huge loss which is just silly. Yep 10lbs off 100lbs gone Rumbly, I can't wait!!!!!
Steak and salad sounds lovely for your birthday meal, im planning on a mixed grill for mine wow we do live life in the fast lane lol

They don't know I'm doing CD. I just say carb free eating to keep the peace.
Had the most hideous constipation today despite all the veg I eat. Cried. Sorry it's tmi but I think there was five days worth there. Def have a good loss tomorrow. Lol
Sticking with cd until om at least 10 stones. I'm playing hardball with my conscience and hunger pangs x

Hun we all struggle sometimes, but its not what we gave done, its what we do next.
We do have some weeks where little losses happen, but there are huge weeks too.
I bet on sw you wouldn't lose 2.5 inches off your waist...
I'm also aiming for 10lbs.
I did have roast chicken for dinner last night as a little celebration for getting the job.
And we are out for Valentine day but other than that, I should be able to stick with it.
I struggle sometimes but I have just got to keep I mind what's more important to me... the food that will last a few seconds, and that I will regret later, or me being thin again.

Hi people, 2lb off again! Not measured fully yet but will do that tonight with photo!
Jeans go up a treat and hubby noticed the puppies have shrank (!!!!).
I will be thin and 12 weeks to goal. At this rate I'll have to have a few SS weeks as I need to get to 10stones at least.
SS with me we can do this.
I'm scared if SS. Might try SS plus!
Well I'm a swapper from Ss to kinda Ss+ I have 3 packs but I have milk too.... So I have some days Ss and what I call Ss- lol
