p.s pudding now cottage cheese and ML toffee yoghurt - delish
waiting for MrR to get his **** in gear! Its looking like its going to be a lovely day here today .... had to get ice off the car this morning at 5.30 ugh so a 4 mile walk is planned calling at Starbucks for coffee and to see my gorgeous daughter. Just hope the feet are ok I haven't walked so far in ages. I'm being referred to an Orthopedic surgeon so wondering how long the waiting list is. I seem to have had all sorts wrong with me lately minor stuff I know but all added together a right big pain. Oh well at least its getting sorted. Appointment with eye consultant on the 26th too.
Had a carvery last night beef, turkey and veg. I was up god knows how many times for a whistle. Whats that all about, is it because I haven't had veg the past few days?
Eh up he's moving, better get my boots on, see you all later hope you have a good sunny Saturday
muffins, egg & lf bacon, beef and whatever I can find
Up for whistle - that's a good sign Chris, pounds will be disappearing, and well done on the carvery! Once they refer you don't the NHS have a maximum waiting time of 6 months???? My friend got referred for tummy tuck and had her appointment through within 12 weeks so fingers crossed they are as quick with you....
Have a great walk and a nice Starbucks.... Food sounding grand and in control! xxxx
TW - Achieved 16th July 2012!!!!!!!!Thank you sooooo much to all my MM friends!
Thanks Sara a good Sunday for you too - short term only 5 weeks to go then off for Easter 2 weeks Might be going to London end of May to Covent Garden flower market and Chelsea Flower Show, depends if any of my darling students I support want to go. All my contracted hours should be fulfilled by then so it will be Summer Hols from beginning of June to September might be able to do some of my hobbies then
Hope your feet aren't suffering too much today after your walk. But wasn't it a glorious day - no rain here and sunny, almost like summer! Little birds cheeping and everything
Up for whistle is excellent, as trudy says- if I manage to do a proper pp Thursday (which I find extraordinary difficult now) that's one of the signs it's having the desired effect. It's been a bit difficult lately, so so easy to slip into ways that lead to llb going on, I had to give myself a good talking to this week as I found myself at top of my 'normal Dukan' range. Crisps and cashew nuts being one of the culprits... Think I've shaved off the excess, and have upped the exercise - went for a bike ride yesterday, ooh that was hard work! So long as bod holds out ill be fine
i think time for specialist referral depends on where you are some places are quite quick, here it's about 6 -8 weeks to see the specialist but then it can take much longer for any actual surgery. Hope you get yours seen to soon, it'll be good to get sorted for the summer. Have a nice weekend!
Shame about your feet but hubby swares by the op, made a fantastic difference to him. Great your back in control and whistling through the night is a fab weight loss sign so whistle a happy tune xxx
