    Talking The Shred Thread

    Hey guys, I wanted to start a thread for all of us on the 30 day shred for motivation, questions etc.

    So for me I'm on day 3... did L1 then L2 then L1! How are you all doing?

    A whole thread, for the Shred

    I have done day 6 today
    6 consecutive days
    Level 1
    1kg weights
    But, by eck, it does feel good now

    Ultimate Goal - To be able to look down and see my bikini line to shave it, and not have to do it from memory

    Rules
    1. Never buy anything bigger than a size 16.
    2. Meal plan and write/log everything down.
    3. If I fall off plan on my diet, don't wait until the next day to restart. Brush my teeth, and restart straight away.
    4. Don't overeat. Only eat enough so that I could go for a decent walk straight after eating, even if I'm not.
    5. Exercise for a minimum of 30 mins 5 times a week
    6. Always, always weigh in on a Tuesday. Except when away on holiday
    7. Only ever drink alcohol in social occasions - never alone.

    Goals

    1. BMI under 35 - 16st 13lbs
    2. BMI of 32.5 - 15st 10lbs
    3. BMI of 30 - 14st 7lbs
    4. Overweight - 14st 6lbs.
    5. BMI of 27.5 13st 4lbs
    6. Feel comfy in a size 14.
    7. Maintain Goal 6

    If you are tired of starting over, then stop giving up !

    Still level 1.
    Still 1kg weights.
    But managed almost all of the bicycle crunchs today

    My plan is to do level 1 for 30 days, increasing the weights .... I reckon this may be in about a week

    Then go onto level 2.

    I even managed to do bicycle crunches for all of the alloted time

    I have decided, to definately increase the weights on day 15, but remain on level 1

    It also occured to me today, that Curves is like Butlins in comparison to THE SHRED !!
