    Water?

    Can someone pls tell me why it is so important to drink your 2 l of water? Is it only to keep hydrated? I can't see how it would help keep you in ketosis. I'm on week 3 now and haven't cheated once and I'm out of ketosis... Don't quite understand. The only thing I'm not doing is having 2l a day, but again, don't see how that can kick me out of ketosis! I did have a bar a day for three days last week. Could that be it? Thanks :-)

    You need 2 litres of water in addition to the water used to mix your shakes with in order to replace the water you would normally get from your food as food is made up of a lot of water...you also need water to flush out the toxins from your body and to keep you hydrated and help prevent you getting constipated. Water will not take you out of ketosis...but too many carbs will.

    Throw out the sticks. theyre unreliable and a waste of money. If youre sticking to the plan youll be in ketosis regardless of what those sticks say
