    Porridge!

    Second day making the porridge as per instructions and leaving it for 5 mins and it is still just water (tasty water though) I'm not expecting miracles but is this really how it's supposed to be?!

    I don't mean to sound obvious but have you tried adding less water?
    Long time Miniminer - been on here more times than you can shake a stick at! Lost 4 stone 2006 and been putting up to 3 stone of it back on and losing it since! THIS TIME'S THE LAST TIME.

    Week 2 -2lb
    Week 3 -1lb
    Week 4 -3lb
    Week 5 -1lb
    Week 6 STS
    Week 7 -3lb
    Week 8 STS
    Week 9 -1lb
    Week 10 +2lb
    Week 11 -1lb
    Week 12 +1lb
    Week 13 Refused to WI!
    Week 14 Too scared to WI!
    Week 15 -1lb (but had moved scales so it's anyone's guess!)
    Week 16 +4lb (totally deserved!!!!!)
    Week 17 -4lb

    Get to 10 stone 7 lb
    Get to 10 stone - consider gym, start exercising - Got here then put on 2lbs
    Get to 9 stone 10lb
    Get to 9 stone 7lb
    Try for 9 stone 4lb if want to
    STOP DIETING AND WASTING LIFE AND FEELING BAD ABOUT SELF
