    Saturday Weigh-in Club

    Is anyone else for Saturdays? I restarted by myself a few days ago because I had some left over sachets, but Saturday is my day to weigh! Wasn't able to be weighed this time due to pharmacy problems, but if anyone else did today let us know how you got on!

    Well I'm not sure what I was to start with but by my own scales it was 19st 7lbs, I weighed in yesterday at 19st. Bit frustrated with that because the last two times I've tried Lipotrim I've not been able to get past that weight, my own scales says Ive been 19st since Monday, so my body seems to be resisting it. Just gonna stick to the plan to the letter and hope to break this plateau : /

    WOW Moon, that's fanstastic. How many weeks has it taken you to lose that much? I'm just 4lb off my 3st (hopefully will get that at tomorrows weigh in) and I've been on the shakes 9 weeks now.

    Its taken 11 weeks. I am going to stay on TFR as long as the chemist will allow me. I was hoping to get down to around 10 stone although the lady in the chemist last week (not the usual lady) reckoned around 10 stone 10 would be about right. I shall see how long they let me stay on it. I was concerned they will take me off it too soon as I have heard that often a bit of the weight goes back on straight away, so I would rather lose a bit more than I need to to allow for that bounce back upwards...

    I shall see how long I shall stay on it and then reintroduce food very slowly I think.

    YIPPEEEEEE! I've lost 6lbs this week, I'm so so happy! Finally gotten into the 18's! And so proud of myself as I went to a Halloween party last night and just drank water and avoided all the goodies
