    DAISEYS DIARY!

    Well next week I will be attempting this diet again! I remember how important this website was for encouragement and support! (Gutted I cant remember my login from last time to re-read all my old posts!)

    Okay, well here goes .....

    I am hardly absolutely huge, I am a comfortable size 16 with huge boobs! haha I struggle a lot with self esteem! although confident, I have a very low value of my self worth! I remember how happy I was when I lost all the weight last time! although not as big as I originally was, I do want to loose about three stone before my 30th in December!

    I have a few events coming up next week so will be starting Lipotrim next week! although I will be getting weighed on Monday hopefully! Just thought id come and get settled in early! xxx

    Well I have been weighed and I'm 13st 11lbs! I was quite shocked by this but I think it proves how fast the weight can creep up! I'm about to start lipotrim in the morning so will be spending a lot more time on this forum!! Good luck everybody!! Xx

    Day One

    Well a delayed start but I believe you have to be in the right determined frame of mind to be successful in these type of diets!
    So today went really well! I had all my water and about 5 cups of peppermint tea! I have a vanilla shake with a sprinkle of coffee for breakfast! Soup in work (they don't know in doing this) and then a chocolate one for tea! I had a slight headache and became really hungry at about 6pm! Bit of a nightmare but to be expected in the first couple of days!! I'm so excited to see the results! I'm joining the gym on Monday to be more healthy in this process! Oh well! Here goes day 2! X

    well as expected! today has been a toughy!! I am so hungry and bored! I remember last time though how tough the first few days where! once ketosis kicks in i will be fine!! so I refuse to give up!! the hardest part is not going out for a drink! ive been called by 3 different friends today inviting me out for a drink! it will ll be worth it when im skinny! haha ive booked myself in for a massage next friday as a well done for sticking to this diet 100% because i will do!! i mean it!!

    hi Sinead, ive still got a bad headache and have struggled a little bit! i think its because ive stayed in all day so im bored!! i should of really took the dogs out but im tired. on the positive though i can feel a slight difference in my tummy already!! its not as bloated looking and neither is my face! i know once ketosis kicks in il be fine! i already have a metallic taste in my mouth so hopefully by tomorrow it will all be in order!

    well today has been boring, i survived the urge to go out lastnight and am just going to battle the urge tonight!! well i had a mini goal to last 3 days! and ive done it!!! my next goal is to get to Friday massage without failing! been googling tiny dresses for inspiration!! my family are going for breakfast tomorrow but i dont think i can face it!! going to meet them afterwards and just drink water!!!! come on!!!!!! x
