Hi ladies and gents...
After a long sojourn..I am hoping to return to lipotrim in the coming weeks.
I am currently on Day 5 of a healthy eating plan. I am hoping the determination i am excercising at the moment is enough to sustain a shake only diet in the future.
In the past...I had many blips. I am looking at a restart mid / end of October. I am also thinking of maintaining Lipotrim throughout the festive period, depriving myself of food Christmas day. Not something my family would approve of.
The pain of one Christmas without food is worth it if I reach my goal. Thats forward planning. I should probably focus on the short term for now
I would like to reach a minute 8stone 10pounds. I really believe I willl do it this time.
Id appreciate any support or opinions.
