    DAY ONE:-

    Ok so I am sat in works canteen. Usually I would be gagging down a lipotrim shake while my fella has his weetabix but today I have SnS porridge. My first try of Sns and I have to say the porridge is awesome! I got the sweet one and it actually does taste just like slightly sweetened porridge! I am gobsmacked :-) REALLY enjoyed it!

    For dinner I have a cafe latte and chocolate and coconut bar... 'to be continued'

    So so happy I was told about this diet! The cafe latte was lovely! Had it cold and it was like having an ice coffee and the chocolate and coconut bar was yummy!
    I can't believe this is diet food!!! Really looking forward to my mushroom pasta for tea now :-)
    Plus I feel full which I never did on lipotrim....

    Just had my tea. The mushroom pasta is nommy! I had it with 200g of allowed salad.
    I never realised just how much salad you could get for 200g! I'm full and happy :-)

    Sounds like a great first day, well done I love the latte shake and mushroom pasta too, not so keen on the porridge though. Don't order the bars anymore as I can't just have one . Hope you have a great day 2!

    DAY TWO-

    Had the choc crunch shake for breakfast, really nice, tastes just like the last milky bit of cocopops!
    and I feel good...the whole time I have done lipotrim (both times) I have felt worn out, grumpy, tired and weak.

    I still have the vlc coldness but I was expecting that...besides its not a bad thing if it gives me an excuse to snuggle up on the sofa with my fella, a furry throw and at least one of the dogs. Nathan is happier as well because I am happier (and not grumpy lol)

    I am actually looking forward to each 'meal time' as well unlike when I was on LT. Staying on LT was a constant struggle for me but so far (and I know its only day two) this hasn't been hard at all!!!

    Well thats day two done with! Had a maple and fruits bar for a snake around 1pm (I LOVE THIS BAR) then had Mac cheese with some veg for my tea followed by a red berries shake a little later.

    Again I feel full and haven't felt like I am missing out on anything

    I charted my measurements yesterday, can't wait to do my first weigh in and re-measure on Friday. Feeling really positive!

    DAY THREE-

    Can't believe I am back in ketosis already!!! This is awesome

    Started the day with porridge with some cinnamon, then had a choc and vanilla bar around 12.30. Lunch was mushroom soup made with some chicken bouillon, smoked sea salt and chilli flakes (NOM) and for Dinner I had half a small green pepper roasted in the oven then filled with dry fried shallots, mushrooms and the chilli pack (added some herds/spices as well) PLUS a side salad! All weighed out to make sure I didn't go over my 200g.

    I can't believe this is a diet, I keep wondering if S&S can do shakes/meals etc like this the why on earth would anyone do LT??? and why do all the LT packs taste sooo bad?!?!?

    I also did a cheeky measure...maybe I did it wrong but I seem to have lost an 1/2 inch/inch in quite a few places...surely thats not possible....in only 3 days???? Either way it has made me more focused to carry on.

    Here is a picture of my Dinner (I made the chilli with more water than the pack says because I like lots of sauce )

    Nothing bad to report today either! I know its working because I have lost 2 pounds in 2 day yet I don't *feel* like I am on a diet at all! Everything I have had so far tastes really nice!

    I did get a bit hungry today for the first time since starting but I think that is because I was in theatre today for the egg collections and we had quite a big list so it was really busy...plus I always seem to get hungry in general after a stressful situation and although I love it I find transferring test tubes of eggs from theatre to the embryology lab quite stressful....I mean what if I dropped one?!?!?!

    Anyway by the time I felt some hunger we were nearly finished for the day so it didn't bother me to much as I knew I would be having my tea when I got home, We stopped off at morrisons on the way home and normally if I was peckish I would nip in and get something to eat but this time I stayed in the car reading my kindle while my fella popped in to get some shopping for himself and it did not bother me in the slightest... He even ate some sweet stuff in the car on the way home and I was fine.. He loves this diet because he no longer has to feel guilty for eating in front of me lol, he even has some of my fav cake in the fridge..I see it every time I get a drink or get my veg out and I can say hand on heart I haven't even been tempted to have a nibble!!! When I was on LT the sight of any food, even if it was something I didn't like would have me salivating and becoming grumpy!

    I have to be honest though, I am not expecting a BIG loss in the first week because I was on LT the week before and lost quite a bit and although I had a day off between finishing that and starting this I was only really out of ketosis for 2 days so I doubt that I have any water weight to lose BUT any loss is a good loss as far as I am concerned and thats how I have to keep it in my head so I don't get disheartened and quit.

    Today has been good but I found myself hungry again towards the end of my shift, I think I have figured out what it is though. When I am on the ward or in clinic I can drink when ever I want but when I am in either of the theatres I am lucky if I can grab a mouthful of water/brew between patients so I am no where near getting the right amount of fluid intake during the day sadly there is no way around that as I can't take a water bottle into theatre with me so I think I will have to drink more when I get home from work.

    I have started to stress myself out a little though as I weighed myself again today and it looks like I have lost about 4 pounds in total since Friday and I have now been doing the whole "If I can lose 3 more pounds it will be half a stone..." I need to sop weighing myself until every Friday but its so hard not to as there are scales EVERYWHERE in work!

    sounds like your work is really intresting

    Ooo on the fluid, how about filling a wine glass with water when your in, easy to keep drinking little amounts??

    Managed to drink a little more today so feeling less hungry Still feel good and not like I am missing out ALTHOUGH I am off to the pictures tonight and I ALWAYS have a ben and jerry's ice cream at the pictures so I am hoping I can resist :-s

    The hardest thing today is not to weigh my self today. I asked some of the girls I work with that if they saw me going towards scales today to either pull me away or give me a slap ;P at one point I asked for the scales (it was to weigh a patient) and they all shouted 'NO' at the same time lol

    I am going to weigh myself tomorrow though and take what ever it is as my weekly weigh in.. nervous and excited to see what I have lost in total *crosses fingers* I'll be happy with any loss but half a stone would be awesome!!!!
