    30 Day Toning Exercise Challenge - Honk if You Were 100% Today

    Hey folks!

    As some of you may know...I naively made a suggestion to xxMariexx about the 30 Day Squat Challenge for November and now we seem to be nearing the end of Day 2...how did I get conned into that eh?

    Well now a few of you have joined, I figured we might as well have a thread to cheer each other on and welcome new peeps on the challenge bus!

    The rules are simple...just complete the allotted number of squats for each day and honk on here!

    here is the 30 day sqUt challenge plan, remember to rest on the rest days and make sure you do them properly so you don't hurt yourself
