Going it alone - food diary!
Started my diet on 2nd January and slowly but surely have been getting into it. Will start recording my food eats from today onwards.
Sunday 6th January, 2013.
2 slices of wholemeal bread (HE)
Semi-skimmed milk (HE allowance)
Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs (with the HE bread)
1/2 tin of baked beans.
Mid-morning food:
Pineapple chunks.
Dinner:
SW Chilli Con Carne
Plain cous cous (free)
1/3 of plate lettuce and chopped red peppers.
Dessert:
Fresh raspberries
Fat free greek yoghurt (free).
Cup of camomile tea.
** Gym Day.
- 3k on Stair Stepper.
- 1.5k on Crosstrainer.
- 2k on rowing machine.
- 20mins swimming.
