    2014-Wedding Weight Loss Diary!

    New year, new diary!
My old diary Fresh Start Diary feels wrong now! I've over indulged over the past month and I feel awful for it. My smallest clothes feel uncomfy, I've had a cold for the first time in nearly a year and I feel sluggish.
I get married March 2015 and am going dress shopping in May. Time to knuckle down and get on with this!
It's my birthday on 13th and I have 2 meals out planned- one on 11th and one on 15th. Providing I'm a SW angel in between this shouldn't be a problem. I have 10 clear days ahead of me so that's what I'm aiming for

    So here goes....

    Day 1 EE

    Brunch
Fruit salad & pasta n sauce (1 syn)

    Tea
Chilli & rice (tomatoes, onions and peppers for super free)

    Snacks/syns
    Milky way 5 syns
    Cheese on toast (A&B)

Day one and I can't stop eating! Just feel like a bottomless pit. This goes to show how much rubbish and over eating I have been doing if I'm this ravenous.
Everything has been free/superfree so that's a positive!

Yeah it makes sense when we think of it like that. I've got a lovely stodgy green day planned for tomorrow because I'm braving the gym for the first time in weeks!
I'm watching Obese A Year To Save My Life now and channel 5 have back to back weight related programmes tonight- my OH is in for a TV treat lol!

I know he is one good looking chap! Also have an inappropriate crush on Bob from biggest loser but apparently he's gay?! Because that is the only factor standing in the way of our future happiness!!

lol...i get the Bob thing...didn't know he was gay tho?

def agree with the feeling a difference being back on plan...i felt better straight away too, and this morning i noticed my skin looks so much better. i suppose it's good that we don't feel like that when we're eating rubbish...i just wish i took an allergic reaction to junk food (other than bringing me out in fat lumps hehe) cos then it would put me off BIG time

good luck at the gym if you go....unfortunately extra body magic still isn't on my "to-do" list even though it should be!x

Hey! So didn't go to the gym in the end yesterday....I got there, went to changing rooms, got changed then realised I had forgotten my trainers! Couldn't really do a workout in knee high boots so had to embarrassingly leave again really quickly. To compensate I've been for a walk today which took 1hr 15mins so feel better!

    Day 3 EE

Breakfast Bacon & quoin sausage sandwich with dash of BBQ sauce (B& 0.5syns)

Lunch Pasta n sauce & gammon pieces

Tea Turkey burgers in lettuce wraps, chips (1syn) and spicy veg

Snacks Fruit salad (grapes, apple, tangerine) Cadburys snowman (8syns)

Disaster! Bloody actifry has died :-( and we can find the guarantee booklet but no receipt so they won't replace it! 3 months we've had it. As good as it's been I wouldn't spend 100 on another. Gonna save up for an air fryer instead- they have much better technical reviews and guarantee system
    Boooooo sad Amy :-(

I NEVER pay for anything in cash for this very reason...except for this occasion when we bought it from money we were given as a gift :-( annoyed!

    Morning!

Early shift at work for me today while the OH has a lay in. He deserves it though after working on his day off yesterday and he's full of a cold so I am just desperately trying to avoid catching it!

After a few days on plan I feel much more positive and I've planned around my birthday so hopefully I'll stay on plan. It's actually On 13th but as it's a Monday I'm celebrating with friends on Saturday. Originally we were going to go to a buffet restaurant but I've persuaded them to go for an Indian instead as I can keep better track of the syns. I'm going to do weekly syns from tomorrow and save 40 for Saturday, which would allow for a bottle of wine if we decide to have a drink. On the Sunday my parents are coming over for tea so we're heading to nandos as I can easily do a meal for 5 syns. Then on the actual day my OH is taking me to a Miller & Carter steakhouse - I've looked at the menu and am planning on having sirloin steak, salad and new potatoes. This is marked as the healthy option so hopefully it will be ok. 3 meals out in 3 days - SW nightmare!

    Anyway back to today.

    Day 4 Green

    Breakfast Muesli & pomegranate (B)

Lunch Pasta n sauce & fruit salad

Tea Wrap pizza (A&B) with few wedges (0.5 syns for BBQ sauce)

    Snacks
    Grapes
    Pink Lady apple
    Hot chocolate 2 syns
Quality street purple bar (10.5 syns)
