From one extreme to the other - my vegetarian food diary!
Ok, so thought I would start my food diary online as I visit this site almost daily & thought I would be more motivated to be honest when I can hide behind a computer screen ;)
So a bit about me...
I'm 23 years old and currently weigh 13 stone 7. I started Slimming World back in December weighing 16 stone 10. I no longer go to group as I found some of the members in my local group to take over a bit!
I've never had a paticularly healthy relationship with food, when I was 13 I suffered with an eating disorder that meant my weight dropped to 6 stone. After recovering from this, I over ate, I also became vegetrian which meant I would fill up on stodgy foods such as pizza and chips as I hadn't really been introduced to the joys of quorn and many other veggie delights!
I'm thrilled I've lost over 3 stone, but over the past 4 months, despite sticking to plan, I have hit a brick wall and don't seem to be losing anymore. So as part of my plan to kick start my weight loss again, I'm going to try a few things from keeping this diary to mixing up my meals a bit.
