Starting next monday, what to do in meantime?
I'm joining SW next Monday and I'm excited and nervous! I've done WW before- how is SW compared to it? Is it hard to lose the WW mentality?
I've had a bit of a poke around and I think the hardest thing to get my head around is that I can eat certain foods as much as I want? That sounds too good to be true! Is it really unlimited? Or is it implied that you need to use common sense and stop when you feel full (that's hard for me!).
I'm a bit daunted by the meetings too as I have bad anxiety especially in social situations. Hopefully they will all be welcoming!
Is there anything I can be doing before next Monday or shall I enjoy my last few days of 'freedom'?!
