10 Weigh In's to GSR2013

Looking forward to the recipe.
I started on ee but now on red days which limits potatos.
But like you I think I may start clucking soon the amount of chicken we eat. My daughter is like oh not chicken again ! Lol.
My husband works nights so when he is home and I can cook for him I like to. Other wise I have simple things. Tonight we are having chicken tikka Masala. (he is having it with chips :eek: I'm being good and having salad.

You could have had SW Chips....!!
 
Monday 29th August

Weigh In Day!!!!

Woke up with gout again this morning, so no training today....Just 9 weeks till my run!!

Every run missed is denting my confidence of finishing....:-(!!

0930 Breakfast
2 Toast (HE B), Scrambled Egg (1/2 HE A) & Baked Beans....

1240 Lunch
Chicken Salad with Dressing (2 Syn's)....

All done now till WI, hoping for a good one even though it's not been a 100% week!!

1800 Weigh In
6.5lb off....
Total loss on SW, 80lb or 5st 10lb....

1900 Dinner
Roast Chicken, Potatoes & Veg....
2 Hi-fi bars (6 Syn's)....

Daily Syn's: 8/15

Weekly Syn's: 68/90

Training None, gout!!

(Day 1 of 7)

Day off today, so a nice lay in....

Up straight to Dr's to try & sort out the gout....

£8 for 12 minute tables later & off to do shopping....

1400 Lunch
Jacket Potato, Cheese (HE A), Beans & Salad with Salad Cream (2 Syn's)....

1530 Training
30 min light cardio....

1800 Dinner
Gammon, Potatoes & Veg....
Yoghurt & Apple....

2100 Snack
Mug Shot, Apple, Banana, 3 x Alpen Bars (2 HE B & 1 3 Syn's), Peach & Hot Chocolate (2 Syn's)....

Roast Chicken, Jacket Potato & Veg....
Yoghurt & Alpen light Bar (3 Syn's)....

2100 Pool Evening Snack
Chicken Thighs & Potato Wedges....

2300 Snack
Chicken Pasta Salad with Salad Cream (1 Syn), Apple & Orange....

Training: Zero again due to gout!!

Wow well done on the weight loss that is brilliant.

Hope the gout is better and you will soon be able to do some more training, it is so annoying when you have to stop training for a while because of illness or injury, I had to stop last year for about 3 weeks and then ease back in gently!!

8 weeks on Sunday :eek: did a 4 mile run after work last night and hoping to get out on Friday evening after work.

Gout is still here but sorting out my diet so hopefully it will be gone soon & allow me 8 clear weeks of training!!

My fitness is still ok as I did a 3 miler in my usual time but need to be pushing my 5 mile weekend run's a bit further....

Might go out for a late evening run tonight, as the gout is easing slightly as the day wears on!!
