Well 8 weeks today!! How are you doing hope the gout is much better now.
I've got the run keeper app too, I really like it, so interesting to read all the stats and breakdowns after a session, I did 5 miles on Friday after work. Do you run parts of the actual course when you train? I run along the cycle tracks which I prefer as they are quiet.

I STS at weigh in this week had a couple of meals out so was expecting a gain, must get my diet head back on now!!

Yep 8 weeks, gout gone for now been out for my first 6+ miler today (pic on my daily post in a mo.)....

I have run along the seafront several times & plan to run 8 miles of the course in 3 weeks time....

A STS is sometimes a good result especially if you think you've gained....

Yeah I feel better after today's run & I'm hoping for a nice loss tomorrow!!

You'll get back into it, I'm sure....

I am totally shocked & pissed off....
I was at a 2.5lb loss on Fri & worked my pants off all weekend & put on 6lb over 4 days....

Found you! I still have not started training... really need to get on with that! Only interested in finishing, don't care about time. Worst case I will walk it!

Back on diet today after nearly 4 months off. Not weighed yet, sure I have put a bit back on but hopefully not too much!

Just started upping my training, I'm still thinking that I would like to finish in under 2 hrs but as long as I finish I will be happy!!

I almost lost the plot after my WI on Monday as I worked so hard last week & put on....grrr!!

Keep smiling I know it is so annoying when you have a gain especially if you have been 100%, am sure the scales have a mind of their own at times!!

Am going out for a 5 mile run this evening hoping to up it at the weekend to 6. Not looking forward to this evening as it has been so hot today hope it cools down.

Have got weigh in tomorrow.

I am hoping it was just water retention....

I did my running this morning is the nice cold mist....!!

4.6 miles with about 200m of walking, felt really good....

Put 18lb on during my four month medical hiatus. Could have been far worse. Still 5 1/2 stone down this year!
 
Weigh In day is here....

Over 16 miles run, 2 spinning sessions & an Interval sprint session done....

100% On my diet....

So let's hope it's a better result than last week!!
 
Hi

How did you get on with WI. Have got mine tomorrow, lost a lb last week so am hoping for another loss tomorrow.

Had a terrible run today my legs just kept seizing up, so had to stop a few times and walk, was not a good training session as I felt quite down when I finished, am not running tomorrow probably another run on Friday. Hopefully that will be better.

16 miles this week, that is brilliant wish I was as far with my training.

Keep getting updates on facebook from Bupa GSR it is approaching pretty fast now!
