You know, I decided I'm fed up of putting things off, and just because I'm tired isn't a good enough reason, so guess what?

(And it was hard going, I'm so unfit!)
 
Yeepee!!! Someone giving it a go! Many have done it before me but noone with me :-(

It hurts but definatly makes a difference. I do some stomach curls now after (couldnt at first though) i thought it wasnt working at first but put some trousers on yesterday that usually very tight on thighs but now they comfortable!

Goog luck halloumi and keep postin that whats keeping me comitited! :)

Got them out of the way this morning, with my 10 y/o commenting 'I can do that faster than you mum, that's easy'

How are you doing them? All at once or split up in the day? I've been all at once so far, but once I'm up past 100 not sure I'll be able to.
 
Been doing all at once but do it while little one having her afternoon nap so its only chance i get to do it as way to tired to do in evening when she in bed. I dint think i could do them in one go but u find it easier as slowly building up to it. Also makesure you have your rest day as that really helps when they get higher. Believe you can do it then you will :)

Rest days really make it easier to carry on increasing, how is the davina dvd always wanted to try a quick work out.
 
Its OK but Davina really gets on my nerves! I bought it on eBay and it arrived the other day so the 15 main core workout is the first one I've tried, I thought I might be more inclined to do short bursts than a full on workout :)
