after faffing around for the past 4 weeks enough is enough, starting today i am being extra extra good and getting my butt in the gym more - my aim for the next 14 days is not to weigh (eekkkk very hard for a serial weigher) and to stick between 1500 - 1800 calories and to burn 500 calories off in the gym - i am hoping to lose 10 lbs.
hopefully someone will join me and we can keep each other on the straight and narrow
