Breakfast - weetabix and milk

Snack: tea and Greek muller (1/2 syns)

Lunch: prawn salad with potato salad (2 syns)

Snack: tea and Greek muller (1/2 syns)

Dinner: 2 x quorn burgers (1 syn) chips and cauliflower cheese (using cottage cheese and sweetner) broad beens and onions

Snack: 2 pears as my dinner was bogging lol

Friday night snack - popcorn 2.5 curly wurly 6 Greek muller 1/2 pear

healthy extras used on weetabix and milk

Total syns - 13

Exercise - 35-40 min gym session

Hating today!! Going to gym to try and feel better!! Feel a bitta pms. Grrr lol

Note to self....cottage cheese doesn't melt....adding sweetner to cauliflower is rank!!! DON'T DO IT AGAIN lol.

Feel a bit better after gym but just want to get a multi pack of crisps, xl galaxy and a Chinese and get into bed and watch films....but i won't cos Im made of sterner stuff!!!

Saturday 12th January 2013

Breakfast: fruit and greek muller (1/2 syn) and tea and dilute apple juice. Plus a 1 syn muffin

Snack: going to kids club cinema so sainsburys popcorn at 2.5 syns per bag!

Lunch: 3 x butcher fat free sausages (1/2 syn), bacon, fried egg, tomato, mushrooms and beans

Snack: orange and some crab sticks

Dinner: Sweet Chilli Chicken (1 1/2 syns) with egg fried rice and chips and wm pitta (healthy extra) oh no - they were mouldy so couldn't have it!!

Snack: velvet crunch 4 syns

healthy extras used on 1 alpen light and milk for tea

Total syns: 10

Breakfast: weetabix and semi skimmed milk using both hex

Snack: orange and pear

Lunch: fried rice with chicken tikka and mixed veg followed by an apple

Snack: eclair 1 syn

Dinner: roast beef brisket, roast and mash potatoes, cabbage, carrot and turnip with gravy (2 syns)

Snack: mars ice cream 7 syns, Greek muller 1/2 syns, orange and sainsburys popcorn 2.5 syns

Total syns: 13

Exercise - gym 30 mins cardiovascular

Breakfast: weetabix and semi skimmed milk using both hex

Snack: orange, pear, grapes + Greek muller (1/2 syns)

Lunch - minced beef with onions and carrots with potatoes and carrot and turnip cabbage x 2 types

Snack: orange and Greek muller Yum(1/2 syns)

Dinner: 2 quorn sausages (2 syns), bacon,beans, eggs, tomatoes and mushrooms

Snack: skips (4 syns) + orange & Greek muller (1/2 syns)

healthy extras used on weetabix and semi skimmed milk.

Total syns: 7.5

Exercise - total body workout 45 mins

Breakfast: weetabix and semi skimmed milk using both hex (saved a little bit of milk for tea for the day too) apple

Snack: pear

Lunch: homemade pea and ham soup with a greek muller coconut (1/2 syn) and an apple

Snack: Greek muller (1/2 syn)

Dinner: pasta and sauce cheese and broccoli (1/2 syn) with extra veg and fried ham

Snack:

Breakfast: coconut greek muller (1/2 syns), tea, 2 slices wholemeal nimble toasted with banana and Philadelphia chocolate light on top (4 syns)

Snack: fruit and yogurt and tea

Lunch: roast beef, boiled potatoes, carrot and parsnip, peas and cabbage

Snack: tea and yogurt

Dinner: slow cooker gammon with chips and mixed veg and pepper sauce (1/2 syn)

Snack: pear



healthy extras used on wm bread and milk for tea

Syns total - 5 syns

Exercise - 45 mins of kettle bells

Weight - 12st 11 3/4 lbs - lost 1/4 lb!! Absolute rubbish!! 2 weeks of dieting 100%

Becoming thoroughly deflated as after 2 weeks at 100% i have lost exactly 1/4 of a pound. I really have no idea what Im doing wrong. I've been stuck for almost a year now and thought id really give a push to lose the rest of the weight but its just not coming off!!!! Arghhhhh!!!!!!

Lunch: 2 x sainsburys cumberland bgty sausages, salad and beans and boiled egg (1syn)

Snack: none

Dinner: chicken burger with salad and coleslaw (1 syns) pasta and sauce (1/2 syn)

Snack: 2 x ryvita fruit crunch, pickles, gherkins, fish sticks,beetroot...lovely little healthy platter! (6 syns) lindt ball (4 syns)

healthy extras used on 1 alpen light and 1 ryvita fruit crunch and ex light cheese spread and some milk for tea

Af arrived! Hopefully means ill lose a few pounds this week!

Breakfast : apple and an alpen light (3) with tea and pint dilute juice

Snack: 1/2 banana

Lunch: huge bowl of carrot and lentil soup with 2 ryvita sesame (hex)

Snack: orange and greek muller (0.5)

Dinner: garlic and chilli sausages made by my slimming world butcher with chips, Veg and beans.

Snack: wispa ice cream (6)
