Breakfast: melon and tea

Snack: fruit and coconut Greek muller (1/2)

Lunch: bowl lentil and carrot soup

Snack: apple and tea plus xmas decoration i found in the cupboard (3) and a sausage leftover from last nights dins. Whoops!!

Dinner: ds ciabatta with sandwich steak, mushrooms, onions, pepper sauce (1) chips, carrots and mushy peas. Sooo looking forward to this!

Snack:

healthy extras used on ciabatta and some milk for tea


Total syns: 4.5

Exercise - 45 mins kettle bells

Weigh day - lost 3.5 pounds taking me to 12st 8 1/4 lbs.

Thursday 24th January 2013

Breakfast: weetabix with skimmed milk and an orange, tea and pint lemon dilute juice

Snack: tea and 2 x pints dilute juice

Lunch: carrot and lentil soup with a greek muller (0.5)

Snack: apple

Dinner: mums chicken fried rice and salad...stole a chicken nugget off one of the kids plate so ill count 2 syns for that;-)

Snack: skips (4 syns), maybe an apple and an orange and a curly wurly (6syns)

healthy extras used on 2 x weetabix and skimmed milk


Total syns: 12.5

Exercise: None! (Having a day off and really dont want to for some weird reason!!)

Breakfast: banana and yogurt (1/2)

Snack: tea & cherry tomatoes & yogurt (1/2)

Lunch: subway salad & sweet onion (2)

Snack: none

Dinner: chicken drumsticks with skin removed and potatoes and Veg and mushy peas and yogurt (1/2)

Snack: 2 on skidaddles, 4 skips, 3 xmas decoration

healthy extras used on 2 alpen light and cheese on salad


Total syns: 12.5

Exercise: 45 mins spin

Breakfast: orange and yogurt (1/2)

Snack: tea

Lunch: none

Snack: none

Dinner: mince beef with fajita mix(2) salad and rice with taco trays (2@2syns-4) vegetable chili and refried beans. Beautiful dinner!

Snack: skips (4) and alpen lights

healthy extras used on 2 alpen light and cheese


Total syns: 10.5

Exercise: 45 mins spin

Breakfast - 2 sausages bacon fried egg mushrooms beans and tomatoes (1) and hex ciabatta

Snack: none (did u see the size of my breakfast lol)

Lunch: noodles and poured over asda syn free vegetable chilli

Snack:

Dinner: ww wrap (5.5) with cheese, tomatoes, onion, mushrooms and ham done as a pizza with salad on the side!

Snack: Greek muller yogurt (1/2) and strawberries and alpen light (3)

healthy extras used on ciabatta and grated cheddar and 1 laughing cow extra light


Total syns: 10

Exercise: 30 minute walk

Breakfast: banana and yogurt (1/2) and melon

Snack: pint lime juice

Lunch - soup, mum made homemade lentil and pea, small bowl of each (both rank lol. Don't tell her)

Snack: none

Dinner: chicken and gammon with potatoes and vegetables

Snack: yogurt with alpen light and strawberries and a slice of nimble with chocolate spread Philli (2)

healthy extras used on alpen light and slice nimble and had some tea with milk but not the full allowance!


Total syns: 2.5

Exercise: 45 mins total body workout

Breakfast - 2 x Ryvita fruit crunch with 2 laughing cow extra light

Snack: orange

Lunch - ham salad with boiled egg and extra light mayo (1)


Snack: none

Dinner: homemade slow cooker chicken korma (1/2) with egg fried brown basmati rice and 2 taco trays (4)

Snack: orange, tea, lemon drizzle alpen light (3) and a banana and custard muller. (watching some guy on Dave eating loads of food challenges like chicken wings, greasy burgers and burritos....argh!!!)

healthy extras used on fruit crunch and laughing cow extra light and some milk for tea


Total syns: 8.5

Exercise - none!!!!

Got weighed this morning and am 12 6 1/4!! Yay!! Haven't seen that on the scales in a while! Need to keep it up and get into these 11's!

So a 2lb loss this wk!!
