Hello Ladies,
Well here I am again, back to Slim and Save and hopefully back to fitting into my smaller sizes.
A brief history- I lost almost 3 stones 3 years ago on the Cambridge diet- loved how I felt being smaller and loved the control of the diet too! Towards the end I became very complacent and thought " who needs maintenance- I can do this all by myself!"- how wrong was I? So I'm pretty much back to where I started and now trying Slim and Save for the second time.
I know how this works and when I get into the swing of things it just becomes part of my daily routine, the problem is it's not always easy- I work in the food industry and if I'm not thinking about menus, I'm in a kitchen where temptation is everywhere! The success stories here are truly inspirational and I really want to finish my story- get to goal and maintain. I have the ultimate goal in mind- we're planning a trip to Australia for Xmas and I'm determined to get into a bikini.
I'm not even sure of my start weight- I'm so terrified of weighing myself so for the time being I'm just going to use my clothes as measurements, after the first few weeks I'll brave the scales! I'm currently in size 14 trousers and will take a " before" photo later.( I cannot wait to be back in size 10's, even though I wasn't there for very long...)
So I'm galloping into this for the last time- yesterday was DAY 1- Porridge, Chilli, Mushroom Pasta and a Truffa Bar, 3 litres of water. DAY 2 ( today)- Porridge, Spicy Spaghetti and 1 1/2 litres of water so far...
I'm hoping that by keeping a diary here, it'll help me stay on track. Good luck ladies- I'll keep you all posted.
