Starting Slimming World on Tuesday 5/8/14 (cos that's when my group will meet and don't think I can do it without the books. So from what I can remember from the last time I went to SW and have supplemented by looking up online, I am trying to make a half decent diary for next week so that I can shop tomorrow. Here is my plan for Tuesday.

2 slices wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (HEx b)
Lean bacon, grilled Omelette, 3 tsp lurpak lightest spreadable - 3 syns (for cooking the eggs)

D: Homemade butternut squash soup
