Start Weight: 13.8
Week 7 loss: 5 lb (woohoo!)
Current weight: 12.3.5

I may have to relook at my food intake this week, as that's an incredible loss. Scales said the same yesterday, but I was expecting that to be a blip and not really believed they would show the same today! I did have a gain last week though, so it makes up for that too :)
 
Today's plan:
AM: alpen lights (hex), apple.
PM: taster sushi (0.5), carrot sticks.
Chinese treat later, I'll have king prawn in black bean (7.0 I think, will double check later) and do my own boiled rice.
Probably an options later on too (2.0)
Milk in coffees (hea)

Total syns (plan - 9.5)
 
We're having Chinese later...7syns is way less than I was expecting! Think I'm having beef in black bean sauce, which I guess would be similar. Might have egg fried rice though :-/

Well, I messed up on the Chinese, I was soo hungry and that led to me deciding 'sod it' and having prawn toast, spring roll, ribs, you get the picture... And wine, several glasses. :(
 
So, onwards, today:

AM: weetabix (hex), milk (hea) and sweetener. Felt really hungry this morning!
Fruit, yogurt.
PM: jacket, baked beans, salad
Not sure about dinner yet.

So, my week has been a bit hit and miss. Kind of on plan, not over syns since the weekend but not 100%. Struggling with the 1/3 superfree to be honest, I'm bored of salad leaves!

Today I've had:
My yum cheese mini baguette (hex and hea), milk in coffees (3.0), nik naks (7.0), boiled rice with soy sauce, options (2.0)

Total syns: 12.0
Positive - did a 2km run tonight.

I know, but veg is bleurgh. It's not grabbing me!!!!
