Sorry if this has been asked a million times before. I'm getting closer to my goal, which I initally set as 65kg for two reasons: one, that it's just under the mid-point "normal" BMI for my height, and two, that where I used to work they had a lift that said "For 10 people, 650kg maximum", which always made me freak out a bit about my weight!
Anyway, I'm getting closer now, and I'm confused about where to aim for. I think a BMI of 23 is sensible, which is 2lb heavier, but it's just a number. How did you set your goal? I am a size 12 now (hurrah!) in all but the skinniest of trousers. I don't want to get too thin and not be able to maintain it, but on the other hand I don't want to stop too early and regret it later.
I also find it difficult to judge my size. I look at my "before" photo and honestly can't remember looking that terrible. And now, I feel SOOOOO much better. But am I done?
Help!!
