I Will loose weight to have a baby

3rd time lucky banana and cinnamon muffin
 
Banana and cinnamon muffins
2ppeach makes 16

225g self raising flour (or plain flour and extra 1/2tsp of baking powder)
1 tsp baking powder
1/2tsp bicarbonate of soda
100g caster sugar
a pinch of salt
1tsp ground cinnamon ( I couldn't taste in so ill add 2tsp next time)
2 large ripe bananas
75g of half fat creme fraîche ( I used low fat natural yogurt)
1tsp vanilla extract
2tbsp skimmed milk

pre heat oven GM 4/180*C/160*C fan assisted oven
line 16 hole muffin tin with paper cases ( I used silicone cupcake cases)
sieve together flour,baking powder,bicarbonate of soda, salt & cinnamon into a mixing bowl,
in another bowl mash up bananas add the eggs, crème fraîche, vanilla extract and milk then mix,
make a well in the dry mixture bowl and add banana mixture stir with a wooden spoon till combined do not over mix doesn't matter if mixture is lumpy.
Spoon mixture into muffin cases dividing into 16 equal cases place in middle of oven for 12-15 mins till muffins have risen leave to cool on wire rack then enjoy

I've only lost 3lb in total and been going 4 weeks so you've nearly lost as much as me in your 1st one! Just keep doing what you have been because you are doing fab and will have lost over 1/2 stone on few weeks if lose 2lbs every week x

Thank you helsbels your right and at least it's coming off, I even had 6 pp left last night so had a crunchier bar I've never enjoyed chocolate so much lol

Thank you helsbels your right and at least it's coming off, I even had 6 pp left last night so had a crunchier bar I've never enjoyed chocolate so much lol

Hi yes fruit oaty things are same points and very delicious
And crunchie bars the full size 40g ones are 5pp I'm finding I've got lots of point left at the end of the day so I can I treat I also found ww cornetto style ice creams 4pp each and you wouldn't know they were weight watchers very yummy :)

That's great value for a Crunchie, I treated myself to a Walnut Whip for 5pp and that was very tasty! X

Mmmmmm that looks so tasty! I've not had Roast in AGES, really should make the effort to make one but I'm never at home lol x
 
it was really easy to make to and even hubby enjoyed it I marinated the chicken in herbs and Garlic and par boiled potatoes with skins on them made 4-5 cuts In each one so the go crispy and the stuffing was so easy to make and tastes just like shop bought stuff.
On the menu tonight is stir fry beef noodles
i can't believe how much I'm enjoying WW this time and I always got points left at end of the day :)
hows everyone else getting on?? :)

Your food sounds just the kind of food I like! I love my Stir Fry at the moment too. I always save PP for the evening treats, it keeps me focused and motivated during the day to know I will get those! X
