Did a 13 hr shift on Monday and a 6hr yesterday but off now until Monday so going to ok some yummy bits !!
Will look for them tea bags tomorrow I think !! X

Thanks Hun I use the Sainsburys basics 30p ajar curry sauce !!! It's yummy 12 syns for the jar but fed 4 off us x

Oooo I might have to get some! I lost 3lbs this week so 10 off in two weeks - fairly pleased with that. I want another 11 off by Christmas!

I love curry and I often make the slimming world one on the 7 day plan but yours looks more naughty so I will try it! Xxxx

Urghhhhhh what a weekend & what a day !!!!

My daughters sick hasn't been right all weekend had barely any sleep Saturday night & last night and she was up at 4.30 this morning !!!
She fell asleep later on whilst I nipped out & hubby was looking after her x

I should have been in work but she started being sick at 11 so called into work to say I wasn't coming in, so no pay for today !!!

She seems a bit brighter this afternoon and has kept a bit off food down so that's good x





Horrible when kids aren't well !!! X
