Hello all, I am miserably over weight and desperate to get a healthy bmi again. I'm currently at 30 and am aiming to get to 25 in 6 months. Ill be combining an increase in fitness, a DVD 2 x a week plus one gym session with slimming world. I can't weigh into a class due to work and family commitments but will weigh in on here to give me that push to stay on the straight on narrow. Good luck to everyone embarking on a similar journey.
