I'm menopausal and have lost 4.5lb in three weeks which I am pleased about but I have watched my portion sizes of free food. I did SW in the past and struggled to lose weight but I was having huge bowls of pasta etc.
Your metabolism, and therefore calorific requirement does slow down as you get older so exercise may help. Have you seen your doctor to rule out any medical reasons, or see if any medication could contribute to slow weight loss?
The other thing would be to post your food for a day and someone may be able to see if there is anything that explains your slow progress.
