Tues green day today

B. 2 toast and beans. Apple

L. Egg fried rice with HEx B chicken added with peas corn spring onions and mushrooms

D. Homemade pasta sauce with added super free with tagliatelle and HExA reduced fat cheese on top

Vodka and slimline :)
 
Wed. Another green day

B. 2 toast beans a poached eggs. Apple

L. Mug shot grapes and yoghurt

Afternoon snack. Bowl of mushy peas and mint sauce

D. Spaghetti with homemade tomato and veg sauce with HEx A low fat cheese on top
 
Thurs extra easy


B. 2 toast mushrooms and ham. H ex b

L. Toby Carvery meat veg 2 roasties and a small bit of gravy

D. Mixed leaves salad turkey boiled egg and mayo little sprinkle of low fat cheese h ex a
 
Well weigh in tonight and lost a pubs so that's 3lb in 2 weeks not brilliant but at least it's coming off !! I never manage the big losses on slimming world perhaps need to up the exercise ?

Monday x easy
B. 2 toast 2 quorn sausages and mushrooms
L. Left over stir fried veg chicken and noodles
D. Chilli with jacket potato and salad with HExA cheese
Sins. 3 cracker bread
 
Well done, 3ln in two weeks is good! They say on average you should lose between 1-2lb a week

When I got back to target last time it took me 27 weeks which worked out at an average of 1.4lb a week x
 
Thanks but its do frustrating !! Going to do a few more red days I think I lose better on them

Tues. green day

L. Pasta mixed salad chopped up 3 baby bel lights. Banana and toffee mullet light
D. Bachelors cheese and broccoli pasta & sauce sweet corn carrots and broccoli

D. Nothing really but a few martini and diet lemonade s lost count ?? Will feel soo guilty tomorro :))

D. Jacket potato tuna sweet corn and a blob of light mayo mixed salad
 
Had weigh in tonight and lost 3 lbs !!! So chuffed

L. Chicken salad with pasta lite mayo and sweetcorn
D. Homemade pasta sauce with loads of super free and sprinkled with a little cheese

D. Paprika pork out new magazine free veggies and Hex B jacket potato really tasty !! Will defo make this again !!
