Hey what a fab idea, this is just the sort of thing I was looking for. I'm due to start SW this Wednesday. do you think its reasonable to lose 2 stone in this 3 month period? If so put me down please. Woo I love a challenge

Hi and welcome :). Look at it this way, theres say 13 weeks minus xmas, so just over 2lb a week... its doable!! good luck x
 
Oww lovely thank you - I have added the start date into my calendar. Trying to do every thing I can to keep motivated! I normally forget the next day that I'm trying to be good!!! lol arrrrr - I feel quite excited.
 
Once you've joined class your first week you'l really try hard!! Just keep up the good work :)

I have tried the online one but it just wasn't me. I'm not very good at sticking to things. I'm hoping this will keep me more committed as I can chat to people etc. Also I have never used forum's before, should I be replying with quotes or just reply?

My life is pretty much on the go. My man and I work full time, enjoy socialising and often eat on the run....... hoping this can all change with EE

I mainly do EE but have done few days red and green too to mix things up. Ive infact been at SW 2 years tomorrow! x
 
wow that's commitment for you :) my step daughter (to be) has been part of SW for a few years now she's nearly at 5 stone loss! Days like today I'm really up for it.......... :)
 
Well done to her! I did get my 5.5st but i had major knee/ligament surgery in March so been so up/down with weight. Thats why really need to get back on track and lose what ive gained and get my 6st by end of this year! x

Woo that's amazing. Your just the person I need to keep me inspired! I need to get organised, get shopping and get to class! I'm hoping to fit the weigh in into my lunch hour that way I can get home as normal to the man and keep him organised too lol.
