Hope you all had a good weekend?
I was until yesterday.....day 11.....and I just had to have something to physically eat and chew!.....:cry:so I had a piece of bread and butter....then another.....then another!.....I have such a dry mouth all the time....it drives me crazy! I drink over 3 litres of water, plus tea, but my mouth is just rank!lol:eek:
But not beating myself up on it and didn't continue to stuff face, so back to it this morning.....didn't have my last shake either yesterday just didn't fancy it!Hope everyone is ok?

dont worry hun it doesnt matter think of how well you have done 3 pieces of bread is not going to kill you. At least you have got right back on it! Think of all the food you would usually have eaten this week, I bet that you are still way under half of that! You are doing so well dont let it dishearten you.

Anyway dont feel too bad! I was excellent until yesterday too! I have actually only been having two products and my dinner so not actually having all my packs which is not good. I went to see the olympic torch sat eve and everyone got caribbean take away, i held out went home and had chicken salad! Sunday was very lazy so woke up at 11 and went straight to my gym class my boyfriend picked me up and we then went to the pub ALL afternoon! I was very well behaved until we went for dinner, I had a glass of red oops! Dinner was fine I had veal scallop and salad and a couple of sardines to start and I was bad and had no products all day as we were out and I was so full from dinner I was actually sick......serves me right!
Do you reckon the wine still counts lol!
 
Hi Nat, don't worry I'm sure if your back on track today the bread and butter won't have done any harm. I could live on bread and butter so to avoid me quickly buttering a slice and shoving it in I haven't bought any bread therefore no temptation lol

Hi Nic, how are you doing?
I'm finding this hard going, still think about food all the time, lol still having to cook for everyone at home! but weigh in tomorrow! :cry: apart from my slip up on Sunday:cry:been good!This is my 14th day! did not think I would survive this long, but wanna see the 14 something this week! instead of 15 something! lol
I bought a mouth spray(sugarfree) and that has helped with minging mouth!
Still drinking like a fish(water only) lol still thirsty!
Gonna try some bars this week as it's my 3rd week Tomorrow, so CDC said I could, might help me with the wanting to physically eat something(hope I don't scoff the lot in one go)!! lol
I will be happy with 3 pound loss tomorrow as that will bring me down to 14st 12!! woohoo I haven't been that weight for a while!
Well enough rambling from me.......

Hi Nat, glad your ok and still sticking with it, your doing so well. I'm doing great, the only downside for me is I haven't been sleeping well but I've got some sleeping tablets so I'm hoping for a good nights sleep tonight.

How are we all doing?....
Well I went for weigh in, and have lost 3 pounds this week!!! so that's a stone in 2 weeks! well proud of myself for sticking to it this long!!!:D
I know I had a little blip on Sunday but have gotta behave myself as I don't wanna start yoyo in again. This time it's going down and staying there!
I have lost 7 inches (from various parts of body) so gotta keep going.
CDC said I could have some bars this week instead of one of my shakes.....so will see how they go.( am going to save them for my dinner) that's when I normally get urges to eat something.
Strange last couple of days, but have not felt hungry at all, Have had to really remember to have my 3 shakes! but drinking loads as usual!
Hi Nic, hope you are sleeping better? and that you are having a good week? when is your weigh in? is it Monday?
Just been chilling in garden.......I love summer hols at home with kids!:)

Hi Nat, well done on your loss that's brilliant and to lose 7 inches too I bet your really happy :)

I'm doing great but still not sleeping well, felt I'll this morning, had no energy at all. I had a chicken salad with my soup and felt much better, my second wi is on saturday, I'm going by my scales at home. Still enjoying the diet and started to get compliments now so that is spurring me on.

I'm off next wk with my daughter just hope the weather is nice as we have had this wk. no ice creams or donuts at the seaside for me tho but not bothered I'm just determined to stick with this til I've lost the weight.

Enjoy the sunshine and I'll let u know how I get on on Saturday xx

I still feel rough and had carbs last night not made a difference either so back on it today. I have never had heartburn before and its Day 3 of it now making me feel so rubbish! Not expecting to lose much this week as living on milk and rennie and Gaviscon lol.

Sorry to hear about your heartburn and feeling poorly!
I had heartburn a bit last week.....I don't normally get that unless I have been eating loads of rich food.:cry:

Hi all, hope your all ok. well finally I'm sleeping again feel so much better. 2lb loss this week so 10 1/2 in 2 wks isn't bad going. Did have a coke zero yesterday to get me through the afternoon was lovely.

I'm trying this week to have 2 shakes a day and a chicken or prawn salad for tea and I'm going to start exercising by going for a power walk every night just to see how much I can lose.

How many shakes a day do u have?

Got weighed this morning and I'm finally in the 9s :) 9st 13 haven't been that weight for years.

How much more do u want to lose? xx
 
Heartburn has gone - so glad never want that again!

Did you have agood weekend?

I usually have 2 CD prodcuts a day and then my dinner. I had a little more to eat than normal and the heartburn went away!

Well done luck you. 9st is tiny! How much more do you have to lose? I would really like to get down to 10 stone so about another stone hopefully will get just under that by my holiday! x

Yeh had a good wkend thanks, didn't get up to much, on cd I'manti finding I'm anti social but I don't mind staying in cos I know in a few wks I'll be at target and then I can start going out again.

I'm 5ft 4, ideally want to get to 9st so 13lb to go, feel fine having 2 shakes and a salad, decided gonna join the gym in a few wks, really need to tone up my bum and legs, I'm a typical pear shape!

You'll easy lose that for your holiday, I'm so glad I've finally found something I can stick to and lose the pounds and quickly too

I actually had a busy weekend we went out friday to see some family in west london and went to a bbq restaurant where I had meat and salad and then watched the opening ceremony. Saturday we went down to the coast with the nephews which was fun and had another bbq in the evening so had meat and salad again!
Yesterday I popped over to see my best friend who is pregnant so was out all day with her and had a chicken salad in Nandos! ha ha! All about food and no gym this weekend.
Back boxing this evening! I have also been inspired by the olympics as I used to swim for my county & GB years ago so have ordered myself a hat and goggles with the aim to start swimming competitively again :) I have had a look at the local swimming clubs to see if they have masters squads (old timer squad) and hopefully get that going again!

i know i feel the same CD is the only thing that works for me, i can get down to target then hopefully keep it off with the exercise! Bloody rain is hindering my insanity havent done it since last wednesday have just been spinning instead!

You are doing so well and you wont have long to go now!

How are you both?
Glad to hear you are both doing sooo well!....I'm really impressed!
It is hard to socialise on this, but like you said you can have salad and meat! I'm not allowed anything to eat on ss :( still finding it hard at times!
Sometimes I will have the odd bit of chicken or cracker, just to eat food.....I know not allowed but still having 2 shakes and then a bar in evening.
Weigh in on Friday this week, so fingers crossed that:(I lost something!
Im on day 20 today ......didn't think I would last this long!
Got to keep positive! Still god loads to loose but half a stone at a time, that's my goal!
Back to legs, bums and tums in September( I do twice a week) plus running around at school all day looking after 5 yr olds( that's my excercise) lol
