Today's Diary!
OH is still out so I had dinner alone! (Dirty Stop Out ;) )
By the way- everyday I have drank 2 litres of water!!!

Breakfast:
Skimmed Milk (25)
Asda Roast Coffee x2 (4)
1/2 Glass Tropicana Orange Juice (28)
3x Waitrose Charentes Croissants (858)

Lunch: Sainsburys Olives & Manchego Cheese (72)

Dinner:
Boneless Chinese Ribs No Sauce (210)
3 Prawn Toast Triangles (210)
75g Bellaroma Wholenut Chocolate (442)

Snacks:
3x Soleros (SERIOUS sweet tooth moment!!!) (180)

30 Minutes Walking- Burn 143 Calories!

Total Calories Used 2019, 3 Remaining! (143 including exercise)

Aw bless you. I'm okay, here and getting my head into line. I made a point of not eating out with meal times, although I did not have the best meal choices. I wanted to run today so couldn't do a down day. My weight was 196 this morning, I was 200lbs on Monday when I weighed so losing some of my gain. I have a feeling I will get it off by Tuesday (my official weigh).... And then I can get going with this!!! X

Yes, I am very pleased with the loss but it's coming from a gain so I feel I cannot go forward till it is off! But thanks to juddd and you guys I've not given up! Last time I started to gain it went up and up and up. But not allowing it to this time, so thank you to you and all you other wonderful juddders xxx

Raspberry Sugarfree Jelly (32)

30 Minutes Walking- Burn 140 Calories!

Total Calories Used 413, 9 Remaining! (149 including exercise)

Sounds lovely. Am off to bed soon after nights and my first down day. It wasn't as hard as I thought and I feel slim (im not but empty feels good!) and looking forward to my up day tomorrow! X

Awww hope you have a good sleep! Glad you enjoyed your first DD! Good luck with the UP day tomorrow too- that's the great thing about this plan- you have only got one day to wait :D

Daily WIs!!!

Thursday (WI) 13,6
Friday (Post UP) 13,8.5 (6AM)
Saturday (Post DD) 13,5.5!!! (6AM)
Sunday (Post UP) 13,5 (mums scales)
Monday (Post UP) 13,8 (6AM)

I'm really chuffed with that particularly as today is a DD so I can sort it :) also chineses are really salty and hold water so I will sort it out with my water intake!

contented after having courgette soup that's for sure.
feel comfortably full you know that nice feeling,not the *oh dear why did i eat all that*one
